Swanpool Motor Festival
Swanpool Motor Festival

The 2022 Swanpool Motor Festival is just 6 weeks away. This year we are hoping for in excess of 500 vehicles on display. We will have swap meet and market stalls along with food, drinks and coffee vans. We will also have a live band, “Rattler” performing during the day.
Entry is $5 per adult with children under 16 free.
Entry for display vehicles is $10 (including 2 adults) sharing in the prize pool which is approaching $4000 in value.

Our sponsors: Martins Garage Mansfield, High Country Parts Mansfield, DAM Classic Racing Swanpool, Delatite Mowers and Chainsaws Mansfield and Shannons Insurance are supporting our event and we are grateful for their commitment

SWANPOOL MOTOR FESTIVAL March 13th
I have attached the flyer for the Swanpool Motor Festival on March 13th.
Several of us attended this event last year & it is an amazingly well
attended event with heaps of very interesting displays of bikes, cars,
trucks & other things and really worth attending. Swanpool is the home of
our member Greg Parish who owns DAM Classic Racing, which is a major sponsor
of this event. In the current Ride Calendar we proposed a two day ride via
Mansfield (to be led by me) staying Saturday night at or near Swanpool &
attending the Festival on the Sunday. Stewie was leading a Sunday group down
& back on the day.

I have checked accommodation options in the area for that weekend & there
isn’t any (including surrounding district to Mansfield & Benalla) I guess
because it’s a Vic long weekend combined with the Festival. Consequently we
will cancel the two day ride plan and just go down on the Sunday. I suggest
departing at 8am from our usual departure point as the show starts at 8am
(but don’t have to be there at 8) approx 1.5 hours to get there, a bit
longer if we go through Beechworth & Miliwa.  It only costs $10 to enter
your bike so polish it up & enter it in the display & perhaps win a prize
(if you don’t leave early as I learned last year).

Cheers,
Phil
