Calling all motorcycle enthusiasts! ️
Just a quick heads-up for those joining this weekend’s Lakes Entrance trip:
- John McInnes will be ride leader.
- Good news! Neil Hillas will be bringing the back-up trailer and the club’s defibrillator & first-aid kit.
- Still room for more! Don’t miss out – secure your spot at the Lakes Entrance RSL/Motel.
– Here’s the lowdown:
- Accommodation: Lakes Entrance RSL/Motel (Ph: (03) 5155 1555). Ask for Teresa!
- Room style: Motor Inn – perfect for parking your motorcycle right outside.
- Meals: Dinner gatherings at the RSL Club Bistro – delicious options await!
- Price: $95/double, discounted to $90 with your AWMEC membership (show it at check-in).
– Meeting point:
- When: Saturday, 9:00 AM
- Where: Wodonga Place, opposite the BP Service Station (usual spot, usual time).
– Flexible travel options:
- Ride down Friday and stay both Friday & Saturday nights.
- Join Saturday and return Sunday.
- Stay Sunday night and return Monday.
– Don’t miss out! This scenic route is considered one of the best in the region.

| We invite any club members who are interested in volunteering for this role, provided they are committed to ensuring the equipment’s safety, careful use, and timely return.
If you’re willing to volunteer as the defibrillator carrier for any upcoming rides, please introduce yourself to the Website Editor and the Ride Captain before the event. This will allow us to coordinate the logistics regarding the equipment effectively. |
